Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use DaganLoop (https://daganloop.com), run by JDT Innovation Hub OPC. By creating an account or registering for a race you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What DaganLoop does

DaganLoop is an online platform where race organizers publish running events and runners register and pay for them. JDT Innovation Hub OPC provides the platform. Each race is organized by the organizer named on the race page, not by JDT Innovation Hub OPC, unless we say otherwise.

Your account

  • Give true and complete details, and keep them up to date.
  • Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 to create an account. A parent or guardian registers and accepts the waiver for runners under 18.
  • You can delete your account any time in My account.

Registering for a race

  • Your registration is a contract between you and the race organizer. The organizer decides the categories, prices, inclusions, race rules, and whether the race goes ahead.
  • Your slot is confirmed only when your payment is confirmed and you receive a bib number.
  • Unpaid registrations may be released after the time shown on the race page.
  • You must accept the race waiver. Join only if you are fit to run; see a doctor if unsure.
  • Transfers, category changes and refunds follow each race's own rules, shown on the race page, and our Refund Policy.

Payments and fees

  • Payments are processed by PayMongo (GCash, Maya, cards) or paid directly to the organizer when the race uses manual payment.
  • Some races add a DaganLoop Platform Fee, shown as its own line before you pay. It is not refundable.
  • Prices are in Philippine pesos.

Organizers

  • Organizers must give accurate race information, hold the permits their event needs, and deliver what they promise to runners.
  • Organizers must use runners' personal data only to run their race, and follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
  • Payouts for races paid through the DaganLoop PayMongo account follow the schedule in the organizer area. We may hold a payout if there are disputes, chargebacks or refund requests.
  • We may unpublish a race or suspend an organizer that breaks these terms.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to break the law, post false or harmful content, collect other people's data, or interfere with the site's operation.

Limits of our responsibility

The race itself (route, safety, timing, kits, medals and prizes) is the organizer's responsibility. To the extent the law allows, JDT Innovation Hub OPC is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from a race, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under Philippine consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date, and tell you by email or on the site for important changes.
